This highly exclusive fruit-macerated Arabica is sourced from a single, meticulously managed field within our Bettadakhan Estate in Chikmagalur—celebrated for earning the prestigious Flavour of India title in the Experimental Arabica category. Cultivated under optimal shade and guided with precision through every stage of its journey, this rare microlot undergoes anaerobic fermentation with papaya and sapota for four days, followed by twenty-one days of slow shade drying that enhances its natural fruit complexity and sweetness. The result is a remarkably refined Arabica, offering layers of tropical fruit, caramelised sugars, and delicate depth—delivering a cup that is as distinctive as it is unforgettable. Produced in extremely limited quantities and crafted for those seeking a truly exceptional coffee experience.

Crafted to Perfection

Sovereign Grand Reserve is shaped through a carefully controlled fruit-macerated co-fermentation and slow, even drying that allows the coffee’s natural vibrancy and layered sweetness to unfold fully. Roasted to a refined medium profile, it reveals a bright yet balanced cup with elegant complexity and a smooth, lingering finish. Overall, the result is a coffee that feels luxurious, distinctive, and truly exceptional.

From Farm to Cup

Red ripe cherries are handpicked from Field No. 8 within our Bettadakhan Estate in Chikmagalur. They undergo a precise co-fermentation followed by a slow shade drying process that encourages even development while preserving the integrity of the lot’s character.

Once fully dried, the coffee is rested, milled with precision, and meticulously sorted before being roasted in small batches. Each stage—from selective harvesting to experimental processing and thoughtful roasting—reflects an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship, creating a seamless journey from estate to cup.

Know Your Source

This coffee is traceable to Microlot 95, Field 8, within our Bettadakhan Estate. Nestled in the 'inner giris' of the Bababudangiri hills, shaped like a crescent moon or horseshoe, providing an ideal microclimate for cultivating superior coffee. Situated at an elevation of 3,600-4,700 feet, our estate is renowned for producing some of the finest coffee beans in India, celebrated for their rich flavour and distinctive aroma.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are shipped within 7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.

If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
