Cancelation and Refund Policy

 

BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

  • Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.

If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  •  In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any refunds approved by BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Replacement Policy 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To start a replacement, you can contact us at admin@badracoffee.com. Refunds will not be eligible for replacement queries. Instead, we will send you a new shipment containing the appropriate products if your replacement is approved. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your original package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee and infusions ), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds will only be eligible on cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 6-8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
