This highly exclusive Liberica microlot (14 & 15) is sourced from our BHR Estate in Balehonnur, where it is grown along the boundary lines of fields 1–4—an uncommon cultivation that yields a truly distinctive cup. Carefully guided through an intensive process, the cherries undergo a 5-day anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels to build depth and complexity, followed by a slow 25-day drying period on raised beds under shade to preserve sweetness and balance. The result is a refined and characterful Liberica, offering rich layers, natural sweetness, and a unique flavour profile that reflects both its rarity and the precision behind its making. Produced in extremely limited quantities, this is a coffee crafted for those seeking something genuinely different.

Crafted to Perfection

Liberica Highland Reserve is brought to life through a deliberate and extended anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels, allowing deeper sugars and complex aromatics to develop with precision. This is followed by a slow, controlled shade-drying process on raised beds, ensuring clarity, structure, and a naturally rounded sweetness. Roasted to a balanced medium profile, the coffee opens up into a full-bodied, expressive cup with a smooth texture and a lingering, flavour-rich finish—showcasing Liberica in a way that is both refined and unexpectedly elegant.

From Farm to Cup

Carefully handpicked from select boundary-grown trees across Fields 1–4 at our Balehonnur BHR Estate, these Liberica cherries are chosen at peak ripeness to highlight their natural sweetness and character. They undergo an extended anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels, followed by slow shade drying on raised beds to ensure even development and depth.

Once dried, the coffee is rested, milled with care, and meticulously sorted before being roasted in small batches. Every step—from selective harvesting in these unique edge-grown plots to patient processing and precise roasting—is designed to bring out the distinctive personality of this rare Liberica microlot.

This coffee is traceable to Microlot 14 & 15, Field 1-4, within our Balehonnur Estate. Nestled amidst undulating hills and bordered by the picturesque Badra River, Balehonnur Estate is adorned with a variety of trees such as teak, rosewood, nandi, honne, and bamboo along the riverfront. At elevations of 2,600-3100 feet, our Robusta crops flourish alongside pepper, areca, cocoa, and soap nut, imbuing these beans with a unique character.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are shipped within 7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.

If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
