These beans are sourced from three distinguished estates across Chikmagalur:

Balehonnur Estate

Nestled amidst undulating hills and bordered by the picturesque Badra River, Balehonnur Estate is adorned with a variety of trees such as teak, rosewood, nandi, honne, and bamboo along the riverfront. At elevations of 2,300-2,600 feet, our Robusta crops flourish alongside pepper, areca, cocoa, and soap nut, imbuing these beans with a unique character.

Kerkeicoondah Estate

Located at elevations of 2,950-3,750 feet in Chikmagalur, Kerkeicoondah Estate is renowned for its shade-grown coffee under a canopy of wild trees from tropical rainforests. Intercropping with pepper, areca, and cocoa enhances the distinctive flavor profile of our Arabica and Robusta beans.

Bettadakhan Estate

Situated on the iconic Bababudangiri hills, known as the birthplace of Indian coffee in Chikmagalur, Bettadakhan Estate occupies the 'inner giris' at elevations of 3,600-4,700 feet. Shaped like a crescent moon or horseshoe, these hills provide an ideal microclimate for cultivating some of the finest coffee beans in the country.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.

If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
