And then join specialists at Badra on a tour of our pulping unit, curing unit and roastery. End your experience with a curated tasting of the wide array of coffees grown by Badra.

Badra Coffee Curing Unit

Our guides will give you a behind the scenes tour of our pulping unit and curing works and explain each of the processes that our coffee goes through during this phase of processing.
Badra Roastery
Stop 10 mins
Our guides will explain the finer details of the way coffee is roasted and how that can bring about unique flavours. Get a chance to see the actual roasting process and even roast your own batch on our state of the art Probat roaster!
Badra Cupping Lab
Stop 20 mins
Sit down with our cupping specialists to try the numerous different coffees grown at Badra, and get a chance to see how our meticulous processing methods add unique flavours to the final cup.
Delivery Timeline: Orders are shipped within 7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.
If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns & Refund Policy: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
