Kerkeicoondah estate in Chikmagalur is the exclusive source of these exceptional beans. Grown in the shade of diverse wild trees native to the Western Ghats, this coffee benefits from a unique flavour complexity. Located at an elevation of 2,950-3,750 feet, our estate’s intercropping with pepper, areca, and cocoa enhances the distinctive flavour profile of our Arabica and Robusta beans.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are shipped within 7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.

If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
