Balehonnur Estate

Located amidst undulating hills and the serene Badra River, Balehonnur Estate is a picturesque landscape featuring diverse trees like teak, rosewood, nandi, and more. Situated at an elevation of 2,300-2,600 feet, our Robusta crops thrive alongside pepper, areca, cocoa, and soap nut, imparting a unique character to these beans.

Kerkeicoondah Estate

Kerkeicoondah Estate in Chikmagalur is renowned for its shade-grown coffee under a canopy of wild trees from tropical rainforests. At elevations of 2,950-3,750 feet, this estate benefits from intercropping with pepper, areca, and cocoa, influencing the robust flavour profile of our Arabica and Robusta beans.

Bettadakhan Estate

Nestled in the Bababudangiri hills, known as the birthplace of Indian coffee, Bettadakhan Estate boasts a crescent moon or horseshoe shape. Located at an elevation of 3,600-4,700 feet within the 'inner giris', this estate is ideal for cultivating the finest coffee in the country, celebrated for its exceptional quality and distinct flavour profile.

BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for coffee orders will only be considered if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to delivering them in the best condition, we regret to inform you that orders placed with us are considered non-returnable, even if unopened.

If there was an error with your order, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. Quality issues raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by BADRA ESTATES & INDUSTRIES LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
